what is the status of industrial hemp in america?
if it is illegal how come i buy can buy clothes made from hemp? and food with hemp seed oil in it?

Still illegal because people don't know the difference between hemp and marijuana. It would be beneficial to America and Americans.

Industrial Hemp is very legal in America. Clothes, car parts, food products, construction materials, made from hemp, are ALL legal.
It's the growing of Industrial Hemp that is illegal.....on the federal level.
On a State level, ND farmers have been issued a License to grow Industrial Hemp.
